PEARLS is an evidence-based approach created to reduce depressive symptoms and improve the quality of life for seniors in the Inland Empire.

Thrive
at
ICRC

The Thrive program offered at ICRC uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to reduce depressive symptoms and improve quality of life for seniors. CBT is an evidenced based approach which enables older adults to create long-term changes allowing for a more active and rewarding life in an effort to Thrive.
