The Thrive program offered at ICRC uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to reduce depressive symptoms and improve quality of life for seniors. CBT is an evidenced based approach which enables older adults to create long-term changes allowing for a more active and rewarding life in an effort to Thrive.
PEARLS at ICRC
The PEARLS program at Inland Caregiver Resource Center is used nationwide. PEARLS is an evidence-based approach created to reduce depressive symptoms and improve the quality of life for seniors.
ICRC Senior Support Services
ICRC understands that there are many seniors living alone who have very limited support from family. In addition, many family caregivers are also seniors that need care for themselves.
ICRC Family Caregiver Services
Who are family caregivers? Family caregivers are those who care for others in need: seniors, veterans, brain impaired individuals, and all those who can no longer care for themselves.
